Terms of sale
Last updated: 18 October 2026. French text is the reference for the French market.
Purpose and scope
These terms describe the framework for general cleaning services offered by CLARIO PROPRETÉ to individuals and businesses. The French version is the reference for the French market, without removing mandatory consumer protections.
Requests and contract formation
The form submits an enquiry without payment or a booking commitment. A contract is formed only after agreement on a quote and applicable conditions. The quote identifies tasks, exclusions, location, frequency, date or timeframe, price and payment terms. No deposit or payment is collected on this site.
Prices and payment
Prices are individually assessed. The quote states applicable taxes, any charges and the total amount before acceptance. Payment arrangements and deadlines are provided before the contract is concluded. Business-specific terms, including late-payment penalties and the statutory recovery fee where applicable, are stated in the contractual documents.
Performance and access
The customer provides accurate information, identifies delicate surfaces, risks and access restrictions, and provides agreed access. Hazardous, specialist and high-level work is excluded from general cleaning. Scope changes require agreement. Availability and preferred dates remain subject to confirmation.
Changes, cancellation and complaints
Email [email protected] with your reference. Cancellation and rescheduling terms are provided before acceptance of the quote. Sending an enquiry alone does not create an unagreed penalty. Report difficulties promptly so a solution can be assessed, without limiting statutory rights.
Consumer withdrawal
For a distance or off-premises contract within the legal scope, consumers generally have fourteen days from conclusion to withdraw. Details and a form are on the Withdrawal page. Starting early requires a separate express request. Loss of the right after full performance requires the statutory conditions to be met.
Disputes and applicable law
French law applies subject to mandatory protections. First send a written complaint to CLARIO PROPRETÉ. The details of the competent consumer mediator must be provided before a consumer contract is concluded. Jurisdiction follows applicable law; no exclusive court is imposed on consumers.
